Community Drum & Dance Circle

Drumming can be a metaphor for any challenge or opportunity in life. It has the power to energize, relax, motivate, educate, heal, unite and inspire. Come to play, move, or simply, be. Participants will be instructed on the basics of how (and what) to drum in a group and allowed plenty of room to improvise within this facilitated drum circle. Drummers & dancers of all ages, genders, and abilities are always welcome. No prior experience is necessary or expected. Bring your favorite instrument or share one of ours.
