No prior musical experience is necessary or expected. Drumming can be a metaphor for any challenge or opportunity in life. It has the power to energize\, relax\, motivate\, educate\, heal\, unite and inspire.\n\nParticipants will be instructed on the basics of how (and what) to drum in a group and allowed plenty of room to express themselves and improvise–almost anything goes. Bring your favorite instrument or share one of ours. Some extra drums and percussion will be available. Come to play\, move\, or simply\, be. All are welcome. Suggested donation is $10. Pre-registration recommended through The Bridge Healing Arts Center.
