DESCRIPTION:Join us as we honor Lughnasadh\, Mid-Summer and the full Sturgeon moon. To the ancients this was the beginning of harvest season. Come to drum\, to move\, or simply\, to be. This is a time to enjoy the bounty of the work we may have been toiling through these past few cycles of the wheel. All are welcome. As in the past\, we’ll meet beyond the parking lot for Meigs Point Nature Center\, in the grassy field–you’ll see/hear us. A seat/blanket is highly recommended. If you have a favorite instrument you’d like to play\, feel free to bring it. A limited number of drums and percussion will be available.
